Job Description: Digital Communications Associate( Off-Role)

Experience: 4 - 6 years

Role Overview:

We are looking for a digitally savvy, analytical, and detail-oriented professional to manage Zydus Wellness' corporate social media presence across LinkedIn and X (Twitter), along with the corporate website. The role requires hands-on experience in content management, digital analytics, social listening, SEO, and performance optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

• Manage content planning, scheduling and publishing across LinkedIn and X.

• Develop platform-specific content for corporate announcements, leadership communication, brand initiatives and industry conversations. • Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and emerging conversations.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and creative agencies for content development and execution.

2. Social Media Analytics & Listening

• Track key metrics including reach, impressions, engagement rate, CTR, follower growth, video performance and audience demographics.

• Analyse content performance and recommend improvements to drive engagement and visibility.

• Monitor brand mentions, sentiment and potential reputational issues. • Prepare monthly performance dashboards, social listening reports, and competitor benchmarks.

3. Corporate Website Management

• Manage website content updates through a Content Management System (CMS).

• Coordinate with development agencies for website enhancements, troubleshooting and maintenance.

• Conduct regular website audits to ensure content accuracy, functionality and consistency.

• Support on-page SEO, keyword optimisation, metadata updates, and internal linking.

• Monitor website performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console.

• Track website traffic, acquisition channels, engagement rate, page performance, organic search visibility and conversions.

• Develop consolidated digital performance reports with actionable insights.

Technical Skills:

• Social Media: LinkedIn Analytics, X Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social or Buffer

• Website & SEO: working knowledge of WordPress/Drupal or similar CMS, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, basic SEO

• Social Listening: working knowledge of Meltwater, Talkwalker, Brandwatch or equivalent

• Content: Canva, Adobe Express and AI-assisted content tools

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.

• 4 - 6 years of experience in social media and digital communications in a corporate or agency environment.

• Strong understanding of LinkedIn and X, platform analytics and content optimisation.

• Working knowledge of website CMS, SEO and digital analytics.

• Excellent writing, editing, analytical and reporting skills.

• Strong attention to detail, ownership and stakeholder coordination abilities.
