About this role
- Design & Execute Regional Communication Strategy - Develop clear communication plans to boost brand awareness, generate quality leads, and support performance goals. Set measurable objectives and track progress. Manage and allocate the country's communication budget efficiently.
- Manage & Deploy Multi-Channel Campaigns - Implement marketing actions across digital, press, and events to reach target audiences and fuel sales or strengthen brand equity. Plan and run campaigns on digital, email, social media, and press. Manage newsletters and organize events, such as exhibitions and product launches. Enhance digital customer engagement, conversion, and retention.
- Localize and Manage Content - Adapt sales tools and communication materials with strong calls to action for effective campaigns. Coordinate product launches with the Operational Marketing Manager and BL. Oversee sales tools for distributors. Provide launch translations and manage local agencies when needed.
- Optimize Country Website- Support website management to maximize visitor experience and value proposition. Publish local news and events. Take responsibility for website performance and continuous improvement.
- Support Sales Teams & Partners -Organize internal launch seminars, training sessions, webinars, and incentive programs. Provide regional articles for Sales News and manage internal newsletters as needed. Skillsets
