Role & responsibilities

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Key Responsibilities

• Strong knowledge of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and PowerShell.
• Familiarity with hypervisors (e.g., VMware, Azure).
• Experience with profile management tools (e.g., Citrix Profile Management, FSLogix).
• Having knowledge on tools like Citrix Director, Citrix Daas, and third-party monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, UberAgent) to monitor performance.
• Apply updates and patches to Citrix components.
• Having knowledge and experience on AppLayering and publish application using app layering.
• Experience on deploying VDIs using MCS and other provisioning method

Good-to-Have

• Proven experience in administration and managing Citrix Desktop, Applications
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS and registry settings.
• Experience with Profile management and handling profile releated issues
• Familiarity with Vmware, Azure and other Hypervisor tools
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and documentation abilities.
