About this role
To analyze digital banking performance, customer behavior, and operational metrics, providing actionable insights that support digital adoption, customer experience, and business growth.
Experience: 4 to 6 years
Qualifications: Graduate/Postgraduate in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or Management.
- Quality Assurance Control
- Own and execute end-to-end UAT cycles for new features, product enhancements
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive test plans, scenarios, and test cases.
- Identify, document, and track bugs/issues and work with IT vendors for timely closure.
- Drive quality metrics to reduce post-production defects and improve release quality. - Release Administration
- Manage release planning, scheduling, and deployment coordination across channels.
- Maintain release calendars and communicate clearly with all stakeholders.
- Ensure documentation of release notes, feature changes, and defect logs.
- Support administrative tasks such as user provisioning, backend configuration, and platform monitoring. - UI/UX Customer Journey Enhancement
- Partner with Product Manager and Design teams to propose UI/UX enhancements for digital channels. Stake Holder management
