Digital application (Valves)

Role Summary
Lead the delivery of digital applications and AI/analytics initiatives that improve operational efficiency and decision-making across manufacturing and business functions. The position will act as a bridge between plant teams, functional stakeholders and with technology partners, from requirement identification through development, testing, implementation, and user adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Own delivery of digital applications: gather requirements, coordinate with vendors and the internal team, test, roll out and support users after go-live
• Work with plant and functional teams to turn operational problems into practical digital solutions
• Support AI, analytics and IoT initiatives, and keep track of new technologies that could benefit us
• Track milestones, KPIs and benefits, and present progress to leadership through dashboards and reports
• Train users and drive adoption on the shop floor and in offices

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (any discipline)
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, quality, supply chain, or business roles
• Prior exposure to a digital, ERP or IT implementation project will be an advantage
• Strong project coordination, communication and stakeholder skills

Technology Inclination (what we look for)

• A genuine interest in technology and enthusiasm for building a career in digital transformation
• Comfort in working with data, dashboards, reports, and performance indicators.
• Working knowledge of Power BI, advanced Excel, or similar data visualization tools will be an advantage.
• Curious about AI, automation and IoT, and willing to learn and grow in this space
• Able to explain business needs clearly to technical teams, and technical solutions clearly to users
