Digital and Marketing Executive

Job Responsibilities

1. Manage and grow the organisations social media presence across various platforms.

2. Visit colleges, institutions, events, exhibitions, startup hubs, and other relevant locations for promotional and marketing activities.

3. Identify opportunities for on-ground brand promotion and audience engagement.

4. Plan and execute social media campaigns for the organisation’s startups, events, projects, and promotional activities.

5. Edit and organise photos and videos captured during events and on-ground activities for digital publication.

6. Maintain a regular social media content calendar and ensure timely publishing across platforms.

7. Coordinate with internal teams, students, startups, partners, and event participants for promotional activities.

8. Generate new ideas for physical marketing initiatives to increase awareness, engagement, participation, and visibility of the organisation and its startups.

9. Coordinate and execute offline promotional campaigns, campus promotions, stalls, exhibitions, workshops, and other outreach activities.

10. Be willing to travel locally and work on-ground whenever required for marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.

Candidate Profile

* Good communication and creative writing skills.

* Minimum two years of experience of social media platforms and online & offline digital marketing.

* Creative mindset with an understanding of current social media trends.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
