Digital Adoption Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Educate patients, attendants, and visitors about Narayana Health's digital services and mobile applications.
• Assist users in downloading, registering, and navigating digital health care applications.
• Promote adoption of online appointment booking, tele consultation, digital payments, online reports, and other digital health care services.
• Guide patients in creating and managing their digital health profiles.
• Resolve basic user queries related to app usage and digital health care platforms.
• Coordinate with hospital departments to ensure seamless patient onboarding to digital services.
• Track daily digital adoption metrics and maintain accurate records.
• Collect patient feedback regarding digital platforms and share insights for service improvement.
• Conduct awareness activities and engagement campaigns to increase digital platform utilization.
• Ensure excellent patient experience through timely support and professional communication.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, BCA, BA, B.Sc. preferred).
• 0-1 year of experience in customer support, patient engagement, sales, operations, or digital support roles.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of smart phones, mobile applications, and digital platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
