Role & responsibilities

1) Guiding and managing clients telephonically for Axis Direct account opening

2) Responsible for achieving targets as assigned by the organization.

3) Resolving Client Queries for Account Opening through calls

4) Creating Awareness of Axis Direct platform through phoning

5) Training and educating customers about completing the on boarding process

6) Understanding customer requirements by contacting them

7) Ensuring transparent engagement with the customers while on boarding

8) Explaining latest offers and schemes for DIY customers by communicating with them.

9) Answer questions and resolve issues to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

10) Provide support for any technical issues customers may encounter during the account setup process.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum Qualification: Graduation
• Freshers are welcome to apply
• 1-2 Years of proven Experience.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Comfortable with long hours of calling daily.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
