Job Summary


Key Responsibilities

• Conduct nutritional assessments and evaluate patients dietary requirements
• Develop personalised nutrition and therapeutic diet plans based on medical conditions
• Provide dietary counselling and educate patients and their attendants
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses and other clinical teams for patient care
• Monitor patients nutritional progress and modify diet plans as required
• Provide nutrition support for patients with chronic and acute medical conditions
• Maintain accurate patient nutrition records and documentation
• Support patient and family education on healthy eating and lifestyle modifications

What We're Looking For

• Candidates with hands-on experience in clinical nutrition, therapeutic diets, inpatient counselling and patient care will be preferred.
• Experience in areas such as Diabetes, Renal Nutrition, Critical Care, Cardiac Nutrition, Weight Management and Post-operative Nutrition will be an added advantage.
• Freshers with strong academic knowledge and clinical/internship exposure may also be considered.
