II. JOB PURPOSE

To provide guidance to patient on Dietary habits.

III. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Core Responsibilities

• To attend to the patient & recommend diet to patient according to ailment.
• To provide expert guidance & educate patient on various kinds of diet.
• To prepare diet chart for indoor and outdoor patients.
• To keep track of the progress of a patient & change the diet chart accordingly.
• To work in co-ordination with nursing staff & ward coordinators for proper functioning.
• To maintain nutritional assessment record of indoor patients.
• To co-ordinate with doctors of different specialties as and when required

IV. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

Measurable Deliverables

• Timely & satisfactory answer to the patients queries.
• Regular follow of patients diet.
• Timely maintenance of records.

V. JOB REQUIREMENTS/SPECIFICATION

Minimum Qualifications

• M.Sc. in Food and Nutrition Science

Experience

• 0-3 years of Experience.
