Dialysis Technician - Diploma in Dialysis - Hitech City.

Role & responsibilities:

• To set up machine by attaching dialyzer and tubing.
• To receive patient and check weight and vital signs.
• To explain procedure and operations of dialysis machine and answer patient queries.
• To carry out procedure and monitor patient.
• Responsible for cleaning and maintenance of dialysis equipment.
• To record post dialysis weight and vital signs of patients.
• To provide information to patient about dialysis.
• To inform consultants about any adverse reactions.
• To follow biomedical waste protocol.
• To clean and sterilize all the tubings.
• To document case sheets properly.
• To maintain discipline and good inter personal relations
• To coordinate with other staff in the ward / unit.
• Participate in hospital quality improvement activities.
• Equipment operation and equipment safety.
• Mandate Registration in the diploma dialysis.
• Strong technical aptitude for operating medical equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and patient-oriented approach.
