PROCESS: METROPOLIS DIAGNOSTIC LAB (Voice Process)

Location: Malad, Mumbai
Salary: 15,000 - 18,000 per month
Shift: 7 AM-4 PM | 8 AM-5 PM | 9 AM-6 PM
Week Off: Rotational

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls and queries.
• Assist customers with diagnostic services and appointments.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns.
• Identify and convert upselling opportunities.
• Maintain quality and customer satisfaction standards.

Eligibility:

• HSC / Graduate
• Minimum 6 months BPO experience preferred
• Good communication and customer-handling skills
• Immediate joiners preferred
