DGR Intern(Telecalling | Van Grooming)

Job Title: Telecalling Intern / Telesales Intern
Location: Delhi (Work from Office Zigly Head Office)
Duration: 6 Months Internship
Working Days: 6 Days (Mon-Saturday)

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote Zigly's Van Grooming services.
• Generate leads and convert them into confirmed bookings.
• Explain service packages, pricing, and offers to customers.
• Follow up with leads to improve conversions.
• Coordinate with operations team for smooth appointment scheduling.
• Maintain customer records in CRM and ensure quality customer interaction.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and booking targets.

Eligibility:

• Graduate or pursuing a Bachelors degree (any discipline).
• Freshers can apply.
• Good communication skills in Hindi & English.
• Comfortable with outbound calling and customer interaction.
• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
• Target-driven, confident, and eager to learn.

Preferred:
Prior experience in tele-calling, customer support, tele-sales, or lead generation is a plus.
