Job Description :

1 Customer Complaint Management (Warranty)

Review of warranty failures, cost of warranty, analysis & actions to customer IN ORDER TO reduce warranty failures.

Participate in conducting installation audits at customer end IN ORDER TO avoid field failures due to system level issues.

Review & monitor Joint warranty plan v/s completed with team IN ORDER TO avoid wrong debits & on time analysis of failures with customer.

2 New Product Development & PPAP

Participate & Conduct all design reviews for all product IN ORDER TO check design level failures & ensuring customer requirements are implemented.

Review Internal PTR results & initiate actions wherever required IN ORDER TO ensure FTR customer PPAP.

Complete customer PPAP on time & closure of all Major-Minor Observations

Review of DVP test results IN ORDER TO ensure product reliability

Review of completion of supplier PPAP's of all commodities as per plan IN ORDER TO meet customer PPAP timeline.

Track customer complaint and on time responses to customer IN ORDER TO maintain & improve customer satisfaction and OK ratio above 95%

3 Standard Room activities & Layout Inspection

Review of Calibration & MSA activities.

Gauge planning for NPD parts & design of gauges need based for regular customer issues.

Review of Layout inspection & functional Testing for regular parts IN ORDER TO ensure sustenance / improvement in product quality

4 TQM

Review of 5S in warranty & standards room area.

a) MP/CP, DWM of employees working under this position.
b) Visualistion of DWM & MP/CP.
Initiate & execute continual Improvement projects / six sigma projects
IN ORDER TO achieve the results & objectives.
