DGM - Sales and Marketing

Purpose/Objective

Lead the Sales & Marketing function for the Copper Tube Business by driving revenue growth, market development, customer acquisition, key account management, pricing strategy and profitability while ensuring sustained business growth.

Key Responsibilities of Role

Achievement of annual sales volume, revenue and profitability targets Strengthen relationships with OEMs, distributors and strategic customers Identify new markets, customer segments and growth opportunities Drive pricing strategy, contract negotiations and margin improvement Align sales forecasts with PPC, SCM and production teams Lead and develop high-performing sales and marketing teams

Qualifications and Experience

MBA (Marketing) / Engineering with MBA preferred 12-18 Years Copper Tubes, HVAC, Refrigeration, Metals, Industrial Manufacturing B2B Sales, OEM Sales, Channel Development, Export Sales, Contract Negotiation, Market Expansion, Customer Relationship Management Experience in Copper Tube, HVAC, Refrigeration or allied industrial products preferred.
