Costing profitability and MIS

• Reporting of costing profitability segment-wise / product-wise/ customer-wise on monthly/periodic basis.
• Analysis, and reporting of MIS reports and dashboards to support effective decision-making and business performance monitoring.
• Performed detailed analysis and present actionable insight to management
• Identify and explain key variances (Actual v/s. budget)

Budging and Planning

• Prepare annual budget and long-term financial plans
• Co-ordinate with cross functional teams for input.
• Align financial plan and business objectives.

Cost control and optimisation

• Track and monitor cost elements
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements

Data Analysis and insights

• Analyse large database, (financial + operational) to identify trend and pattern.
• Convert raw data into meaningful insights for business performance improvement
• Develop predictive insights for revenue, cost and profitability

Monthly Review Meeting presentation and insights

• Preparation, analysis and presentation of financial and operation performance insights during Monthly Review Meeting
• Ensure accuracy, consistency and clarity in financial data and KPI.

Candidate Profile

• Strong financial analysis and business acumen
• Knowledge of ERP/SAP, and BI tools
• Financial Analysis and reporting skills
• ERP proficiency Experience with SAP modules, BI, Power BI
• Ability to identify process improvement and automation opportunities in MIS and implementation
• Candidate Preferred from Manufacturing companies

• Education - Chartered Accountant Preferred / MBA Finance/ ICMA with Minimum 13+ years of post-qualification experience
