About this role
- Lead end-to-end execution of Highways EPC projects, ensuring timely completion within approved cost, quality and safety parameters.
- experience in Highways / Roads EPC, preferably with NHAI / MoRTH projects.
- Strong background in Project Execution along with QA/QC, Quality Assurance and Quality Checking.
- Sound knowledge of MoRTH specifications, IRC codes, QAP, ITP, Method Statements and Inspection procedures.
- Ensure quality compliance across Earthwork, GSB, WMM, DBM, BC, structures, bridges, culverts and drainage work.
- Monitor project progress, critical activities, productivity, resource utilization and recovery plans.
- Lead resolution of technical, quality and execution-related issues with Client / Authority / Independent Engineer.
- Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary teams including Execution, QA/QC, Planning, Contracts, Billing, SCM and EHS.
