DGM/GM - Interior Design

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage interior design development from concept to execution.
• Prepare GFC drawings, review BOQs, and coordinate with structural, faade, and MEP teams.
• Collaborate with procurement teams, vendors, and site teams for material selection, finalization, and timely delivery.
• Ensure seamless site coordination, attending meetings and providing design solutions to maintain quality and timelines.
• Oversee handover of projects with complete accessorization and readiness for client/operations teams.
• Manage show flats, lobbies, sales galleries, corporate offices, and hospitality interiors with attention to detail and brand alignment.
• Provide creative space planning solutions and impactful design presentations for clients and stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Education: Diploma/Degree in Interior Design
• Experience: 17 to 20 years of experience preferably with leading developers/design firms).
• Strong technical knowledge of interior detailing, GFC drawings, and BOQ reviews.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, MS Office, and presentation tools.
• Excellent space planning, visualization, and accessorization skills.
• Strong coordination ability with consultants, vendors, and site execution teams.
• Attention to detail with a keen sense of aesthetics, functionality, and brand alignment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to manage teams and client interactions effectively.
