• MBA/ MSW with 20 + Experience in corporate
• Strong knowledge of applicable labour laws and statutory compliance requirements.
• Excellent government liaisoning and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple project sites and handle time-sensitive operational issues.
• High integrity, professional maturity, and sound decision-making skills.
• Strong coordination, reporting, documentation, and team leadership capabilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively to project sites as required.
