We are looking for an experienced DGM Contracts to lead contract management, tendering, commercial negotiations, and contractual compliance for high-rise residential and commercial real estate projects. The role involves managing contractors, consultants, vendors, to ensure contractual obligations, cost control.

• Lead end-to-end contract management for real estate development and high-rise construction projects.
• Manage tendering, bid evaluation, rate analysis, BOQs, and Formation/Prepration of contract documents.
• Review and negotiate contracts, work orders, purchase orders, and subcontract agreements.
• Ensure compliance with contractual terms, project specifications, timelines, and company policies.
• Manage contractor claims, variations, extra items, rate revisions, and change orders.
• Handle contractual disputes, delay claims, extensions of time (EOT).
