DGM / General Manager - HR (Head HR)

Role & responsibilities

• Develop the HR annual operating plan, manpower plan, budget, and key initiatives.
• Lead workforce planning, organization design, succession planning, and productivity improvement.
• Manage talent acquisition, leadership hiring, internal mobility, and employer branding.
• Drive learning, leadership development, and capability-building programs.
• Hand on experience of PMS system with alignment of KRA & KPI
• Sound knowledge and experience of labour laws, and New labour codes.
• Oversee compensation planning, benefits, rewards, and performance-linked pay.
• Strengthen employee engagement, culture, communication, and change adoption.
• Build and integrate competency frameworks across recruitment, performance, learning, and career development.
• Ensure efficient HR operations, policy compliance, employee relations, and data-driven reporting.
• Must have hand on experience of handling labour cases and matters related to Factory, Pollution, NGT, Safety, EC,

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong experience in HR strategy, workforce planning, talent management, learning, compensation, engagement, policies, organization design, HR analytics and Labour Laws.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders in a multi-function business environment
