DGM - Bottling

Role & responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all bottling functions including Production, QA, Engineering, Supply Chain, Stores, and Dispatch teams
• Ensure achievement of daily, monthly, and annual production targets
• Drive productivity, line efficiency, and capacity utilization across bottling operations
• Ensure product quality, packaging standards, and regulatory compliance
• Oversee preventive maintenance and minimize machine downtime
• Ensure uninterrupted availability of raw materials, packaging materials, and consumables
• Monitor wastage, breakage, losses, and cost optimization initiatives
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety standards, and excise compliance
• Lead manpower planning, team performance, and capability development
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 15-20 years of experience in Liquor / IMFL / Beverage / FMCG manufacturing
• Minimum 5 years in heading bottling operations
• Strong exposure to Production, QA, Engineering/Maintenance, and Supply Chain
• Strong knowledge of automated bottling lines and plant operations
• Proven leadership in handling large cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of quality systems, excise, and statutory compliance

Preferred Qualification:

BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Industrial / Chemical Engineering
