Job Summary

• We need an expert engineer to verify complex chip test structures.
• You will check hardware designs before they are manufactured.
• Your work ensures high-quality testing for complex microchips.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify test structures: Check SSN and Scan architectures thoroughly.
• Run chip simulations: Use RTL and gate-level design models.
• Validate hardware blocks: Confirm TAP and JTAG controllers function.
• Qualify test patterns: Ensure factory test programs work perfectly.
• Manage DFX flows: Support the complete design-for-test lifecycle.
• Automate design tasks: Write scripts to speed up verification.

Required Skills

• Scan expertise: Deep knowledge of Scan and SSN structures.
• JTAG protocols: Solid understanding of TAP controller standards.
• SoC/ASIC design: Experience with large, complex chip architectures.
• Automation coding: High proficiency in Python, Tcl, or C++.

Education and Experience

• Degree: Bachelors or Masters in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• Experience: Strong background in DFT verification and simulation flows.
