Position: DFT Verification Engineer
Experience: 6-9 Years

Job Description:

• We are looking for a skilled DFT Verification Engineer with strong expertise in digital design, DFT verification, and design integrity analysis. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing signal connectivity and verifying DFT-related logic using SpyGlass tools to identify, analyze, and report potential violations in test logic.
• The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with DFT verification methodologies, RTL design, and static analysis tools, along with strong scripting and debugging skills.

Role & responsibilities

• Analyze signal connectivity and ensure design integrity with respect to DFT features.
• Utilize SpyGlass tools to identify, analyze, and report potential violations in test logic.
• Perform DFT verification and analyze test-related logic, including JTAG, IJTAG, and BIST.
• Perform RTL analysis, lint checks, CDC and RDC verification to identify design issues.
• Analyze timing-related issues and ensure compliance with design requirements.
• Work on low-power design verification, including UPF-related checks.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using TCL, Perl, or Python.
• Collaborate with RTL design, DFT, and verification teams to resolve design violations and debugging issues.
• Prepare verification reports and communicate findings to cross-functional teams.
