DFT Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and execute test plans for DFT (Design for Testability) features in complex digital circuits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues related to ATPG (Advanced Test Programming Generator), MBIST (Methodology for BIST), TETRAMAX (Test Environment for Tester Machines).
• Develop expertise in BIST techniques such as scan insertion, self-test generation, and boundary scan testing.
• Provide technical guidance on DFT best practices to junior engineers.

Job Requirements :

• 4-15 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry with a focus on DFT engineering.
• Strong understanding of ATPG, MBIST, TETRAMAX tools and methodologies.
• Experience with developing test plans for complex digital circuits using BIST techniques like scan insertion.
