Position: DFT Engineer
Experience: 3-6 Years

Location: Bengaluru

Contract tenure: 1 year

DFT Verification Engineer SoC/ASIC

We are looking for an experienced DFT Verification Engineer to verify complex chip test structures and ensure high-quality pre-silicon validation.

Key Skills:

• Strong expertise in Scan, SSN, DFT verification & simulation
• Hands-on experience with RTL & Gate-Level simulations
• Good knowledge of JTAG/TAP Controller and protocols
• Experience with SoC/ASIC architectures and DFX flows
• Strong scripting/programming skills in Python, Tcl or C++
• Experience in DFT pattern validation and test structures

Qualification: BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech in ECE/EE/Computer Engineering
Experience: Strong hands-on experience in DFT verification and simulation flows.
