DFT Design Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, test, and verify DFT (Design for Testability) solutions for complex digital circuits using ATPG, GLS, JTAG, MBIST techniques.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and implement DFT features in chip designs.
• Develop and maintain documentation of DFT plans, testbenches, and results.
• Troubleshoot issues related to DFT implementation and provide recommendations for improvement.

Job Requirements :

• 5-10 years of experience in DFT engineering or a related field.
• Strong understanding of ATPG, GLS, JTAG, MBIST techniques for debugging complex digital circuits.
• Experience working on ASIC/FPGA projects from concept to delivery.
