DFT Design Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, test, and verify complex digital circuits using ATPG, DFT techniques.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues related to chip design and verification.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for designs and verification results.
• Participate in project planning, execution, and delivery of high-quality products.

Job Requirements :

• 4-8 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry with expertise in SCAN INSERTION, ATPG, DFT design engineering.
• Strong understanding of scan insertion methodologies for debugging purposes
