Job Description:

• Strong experience in DFT implementation and methodology.
• Hands-on experience in Scan Insertion, ATPG, and MBIST.
• Knowledge of Scan Compression, JTAG, and Boundary Scan.
• Experience in DFT DRC checks and debugging.
• Understanding of ATPG pattern generation and coverage analysis.
• Good knowledge of DFT tools and flows.
