Our flagship platforms include: • IDHub – Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) • SecHub – Cybersecurity & Risk Management • FlowHub – Workflow Automation & Orchestration We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Specialist to own and scale our cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes environments, databases, deployment pipelines, and operational excellence initiatives.

What You'll be Doing As a DevOps Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, security, and performance of our SaaS platforms.

1) Cloud Infrastructure • Design, deploy, and manage cloud-native infrastructure • Maintain production, staging, and development environments • Optimize cloud spending and resource utilization • Build highly available and fault-tolerant architectures • Implement disaster recovery and backup strategies

2) Kubernetes & Container Orchestration • Manage and scale Kubernetes clusters in production • Deploy and maintain containerized applications • Configure ingress controllers, networking, and storage solutions • Monitor cluster health and troubleshoot performance issues • Optimize resource allocation and autoscaling

3) CI/CD & Automation • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines • Automate deployments and infrastructure provisioning • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices • Improve release processes and deployment reliability • Support GitOps and continuous delivery methodologies

4) Database Administration • Manage PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis environments • Perform database tuning and optimization • Implement backup, replication, and recovery solutions • Monitor database performance and availability • Support database scaling initiatives

5) Monitoring & Reliability • Build observability solutions using modern monitoring tools • Create dashboards, alerts, and incident response workflows • Perform root cause analysis of production incidents • Improve uptime, availability, and platform reliability • Develop operational runbooks and best practices

6) Security & Compliance • Implement cloud security controls and hardening practices • Manage secrets, certificates, and access controls • Support SOC 2, ISO 27001, and compliance initiatives • Assist with vulnerability remediation efforts • Collaborate closely with engineering and security teams

Preferred Qualifications • Experience managing SaaS products and multi-tenant environments • Experience supporting cybersecurity or identity management platforms • Knowledge of microservices architecture • Experience with high-availability and multi-region deployments • Understanding of Zero Trust and cloud security principles • Startup experience with ownership of production systems
