DevOps Manager

Responsibilities

• Leading the integration of development, operations, and security practices to enhance software delivery
• Managing the design and implementation of secure IT systems to support business operations and minimize downtime
• Overseeing the deployment and management of cloud infrastructure using tools like AWS CloudFormation and Azure DevOps Server
• Coordinating continuous integration and deployment processes to streamline software development
• Implementing security controls and incident management strategies to safeguard applications and data
• Utilizing tools such as Ansible, Terraform, and Jenkins to automate provisioning and configuration tasks
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address system reliability and performance issues
• Mentoring team members to develop their skills and encourage innovation in DevSecOps practices
• Analyzing system components to identify interactions and optimize performance
• Validating project planning, budgeting, and execution to meet client expectations and timelines
  

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 7 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
