DevOps Lead

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to build, automate, and operate scalable, reliable, and secure cloud infrastructure and deployment platforms.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, CircleCI, Argo CD, and New Relic, along with a solid understanding of CI/CD, GitOps, cloud infrastructure, observability, and production operations.

We also value engineers who actively leverage AI-assisted development tools and practices to improve automation, troubleshooting, code quality, and overall engineering productivity.

• Has strong hands-on DevOps experience rather than only theoretical knowledge.
• Can independently troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Understands both cloud infrastructure and application deployment.
• Is comfortable working with Kubernetes and GitOps.
• Automates wherever possible instead of relying on manual processes.
• Can use Python/Bash to build practical DevOps automation.
• Proactively adopts AI-assisted development to improve engineering productivity and quality.
• Understands security, reliability, monitoring, and operational excellence.
• Collaborates effectively with application development and engineering teams.
• Exposure to the US Real Estate domain is an advantage, but is not mandatory.

• Design, build, and maintain reliable CI/CD pipelines using CircleCI.
• Manage Kubernetes-based application deployments using Argo CD and GitOps practices.
• Deploy, configure, and operate production workloads on AWS and Kubernetes.
• Automate infrastructure, deployment, monitoring, and operational processes.
• Implement and maintain observability using New Relic, including monitoring, dashboards, alerts, and performance analysis.
• Troubleshoot application, infrastructure, Kubernetes, networking, and deployment issues in production environments.
• Improve system reliability, scalability, availability, security, and deployment efficiency.
• Implement automation and self-service capabilities to reduce manual operational work.
• Collaborate closely with developers, QA, security, and platform teams to improve the software delivery lifecycle.
• Participate in incident management, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain scripts and automation using Python and/or Bash.
• Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate scripting, automation, troubleshooting, testing, documentation, and code reviews.
• Evaluate and adopt modern DevOps and AI-powered engineering practices where they provide measurable productivity or reliability improvements.
• Maintain clear documentation for infrastructure, deployment processes, operational procedures, and troubleshooting.
• Should have strong understanding of cloud networking, security, availability, and scalability concepts.
• Strong understanding of Pods, Deployments, Services, ConfigMaps, Secrets, Ingress, Namespaces, and RBAC.
• Experience troubleshooting Kubernetes workloads and deployments.
• Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity.
• Strong understanding of the need for code review, security validation, testing, and human oversight when using AI-generated code.
• Ability to automate repetitive operational and infrastructure tasks.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps practices.
• Advanced Kubernetes administration and troubleshooting experience.
• Experience with AI coding assistants and developer productivity tools.
• Experience in the US Real Estate domain, including real estate platforms, property management, MLS, property listings, mortgage, title, valuation, or related systems.
