Required Skills

• Architect and manage GitLab (SaaS or Self-Managed) environments.
• Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD.
• Establish GitLab governance, security, and best practices.
• Design and manage scalable GitLab Runner infrastructure.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation).
• Integrate GitLab with Kubernetes, Docker, and GitOps tools such as ArgoCD.
• Drive DevSecOps adoption, including security scanning and compliance controls.
• Improve pipeline performance, developer productivity, and platform reliability.
• Support migrations from Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or other CI/CD platforms to GitLab.
• Collaborate with Development, QA, Security, and Infrastructure teams
• experience supporting large enterprise GitLab environments.
• GitLab migration and modernization experience.
• GitLab Certifications are a plus.
