DevOps Engineer

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India (100% Onsite — 5 Days/Week)

Shift Hours: US EST Overlap (Afternoon Start to 12:00 AM IST)

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in a DevOps, Site Reliability, or Infrastructure Engineering role.
• Containerization & Orchestration: Solid proficiency with

Kubernetes ,

Docker , and GitOps workflows using

ArgoCD .

• CI/CD Pipelines: Hands-on experience building and maintaining workflows with

GitHub Actions .

• Cloud & Hybrid Infrastructure: Hands-on working knowledge of

AWS core services, alongside experience with legacy bare-metal infrastructure.

• Database Familiarity: Working knowledge or exposure to

Oracle bare-metal databases .

• Observability Stack: Hands-on experience configuring and interpreting metrics/logs using

Grafana ,

Splunk , and

Dynatrace .

• Development Stack: Familiarity with supporting APIs written in

Node.js and

Java .

• Communication: Strong verbal and written English communication skills for collaborating across distributed global teams.
