Job Summary Shriram General Insurance is looking for a highly motivated DevOps Developer to build, automate, and optimize the software delivery lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing CI/CD pipelines, managing cloud infrastructure, automating deployments, and ensuring the reliability, security, and scalability of production environments. Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated application builds, testing, and deployments.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
• Manage and monitor cloud infrastructure and deployment environments.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Monitor application performance, system health, and infrastructure availability.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline release processes.
• Implement security best practices, backup strategies, and disaster recovery plans.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, and production issues.
• Maintain technical documentation for infrastructure, deployment procedures, and operational processes.
• Continuously improve deployment automation, scalability, and system reliability. Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of DevOps principles and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
• Strong Linux administration and shell scripting skills.
• Experience with Git and version control workflows.
• Understanding of networking, system security, and monitoring concepts.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Splunk.
• Familiarity with configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and API deployments.
• Understanding of DevSecOps practices and security automation.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum development methodologies.
