DevOps Engineer

Our technology stack focuses on performance, security, and scalability using Rust, Flutter, Linux, and self-hosted infrastructure. We are looking for a Part-Time DevOps Engineer who can build, automate, maintain, monitor, and scale our infrastructure as our platform grows. Responsibilities - Design, build, and maintain Linux-based production infrastructure. - Deploy and manage applications on Proxmox VE. - Create and maintain Virtual Machines, storage, networking, and backups. - Configure and maintain Gitea for source code management. - Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment. - Manage Docker and Docker Compose based services. - Configure reverse proxies (Nginx or Caddy). - Manage SSL certificates using Let's Encrypt. - Maintain DNS, subdomains, and Cloudflare configuration. - Configure monitoring, logging, and alerting systems. - Perform server hardening and security audits. - Configure firewall rules and network security. - Work with MikroTik and OPNsense networking. - Manage backup and disaster recovery procedures. - Monitor server performance and optimize CPU, RAM, storage, and networking. - Automate repetitive tasks using Bash or Python scripts. - Maintain infrastructure documentation. - Troubleshoot production issues and improve system reliability. - Assist the development team in deployment, release management, and infrastructure improvements.
