Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented DevOps Engineer with 2–4 years of experience to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will assist in building, automating, and maintaining cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring systems, and deployment processes. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with modern DevOps practices and cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Support deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of applications in development, testing, and production environments.
• Manage and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure and services.
• Collaborate with development teams to automate build, testing, and deployment processes.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and security.
• Help implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Support containerization and orchestration platforms such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Participate in incident resolution and root cause analysis.
• Maintain technical documentation for infrastructure and deployment processes.
• Follow DevOps best practices for scalability, reliability, and security.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, System Administration, or related areas.
• Basic understanding of Linux/Unix operating systems.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.
• Understanding of version control systems, especially Git.
• Basic scripting knowledge in Bash, Python, or Shell scripting.
• Familiarity with Docker and containerization concepts.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, and load balancing.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform.
• Understanding of monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or CloudWatch.
• Relevant cloud certifications (AWS Cloud Practitioner, Azure Fundamentals, etc.) are a plus.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
