DevOps Engineer

Job Description We are looking for skilled and passionate DevOps Engineers to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in AWS cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, CI/CD automation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and production support. The role requires ownership mindset, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. We are a team of 550+ engineers, driving innovation across Product & Data Engineering, focusing on Agentic AI, RPA, Full Stack, and GenAI-based solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Enhance and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Ansible, and Python
• Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Build, configure, and maintain scalable infrastructure environments
• Automate application deployment processes across production and pre-production environments
• Define and implement:
• Monitoring
• Alerting
• Auto-remediation workflows
• Create and maintain:
• Runbooks
• SOPs
• Architecture diagrams
• Monitor system health, performance, and capacity planning
• Troubleshoot production incidents and provide break-fix support
• Drive platform automation and operational efficiency initiatives Required Skills
• Hands-on Kubernetes administration and troubleshooting (EKS preferred)
• Strong AWS cloud services experience
• Expertise in debugging:
• Networking issues
• Kubernetes issues
• Logs and metrics analysis
