Project Role : DevOps Engineer Project Role Description : Responsible for building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure utilizing knowledge in continuous integration, delivery, and deployment (CI/CD), Cloud technologies, Container Orchestration and Security. Build and test end-to-end CI/CD pipelines, ensuring that systems are safe against security threats. Summary: As a DevOps Engineer, your day involves designing, implementing, and maintaining development tools and infrastructure that support continuous integration, delivery, and deployment processes. You will work on building and testing comprehensive pipelines that automate software releases while ensuring robust security measures are in place. Your role includes managing cloud-based environments and container orchestration platforms to streamline development workflows and enhance system reliability. Collaboration with various teams to align infrastructure capabilities with project goals is a key part of your daily activities, ensuring smooth and secure software delivery cycles.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the implementation of best practices in DevOps processes to improve efficiency and quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of new tools and technologies.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance security protocols within the development and deployment pipelines.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce DevOps.
• Experience with cloud platforms and container orchestration technologies.
• Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous delivery methodologies.
• Ability to design and maintain secure and scalable infrastructure.
• Familiarity with automation tools and scripting languages to streamline workflows.
• Knowledge of security best practices in software development and deployment.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce DevOps.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
