Role: Cloud Platform & AI Engineer (Mid)
Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)
Contract Duration: 6 months + (extendable)
Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)
Location: Hybrid - Wed/Thursday to be in onsite in Hyderabad, India
We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer – Cloud Automation with 5+ years of experience in AWS, infrastructure automation, and CI/CD pipelines. The ideal candidate will design, automate, and maintain secure, scalable cloud infrastructure while modernizing deployment pipelines and improving system reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and automate AWS infrastructure using Terraform and other infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Develop, maintain, and migrate CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Harness, GitHub Actions, and Bitbucket.
- Support AWS services, containerized environments, cloud networking, and security operations.
- Implement monitoring, observability, disaster recovery, and high-availability solutions.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve deployment efficiency.
- Participate in performance testing, security audits, and a 24/7 on-call rotation.
- Explore AI and automation technologies to improve infrastructure operations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or infrastructure automation.
- Strong hands-on AWS experience, including EC2, ECS, RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch, and related services.
- Experience with Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CD pipeline automation.
- Knowledge of cloud networking, security, identity management, and container orchestration.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, Datadog, Sysdig, or Cribl.
- Experience with tools such as Jenkins, Harness, GitHub, Bitbucket, Artifactory, Jira, and Confluence.
