• Total experience: 5+ years
• Relevant DevOps/AWS experience: 3-5 years 
• Key skills: AWS, CI/CD (Jenkins / GitHub Actions / GitLab), Docker, Kubernetes/EKS, Terraform or CloudFormation, Linux & shell scripting, Git, monitoring & troubleshooting
• Note: Sole DevOps on the project. Must support outside working hours during emergencies/outages

The Role

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to build. automate. maintain, and improve the processes

used to develop, deploy, and operate applications. The role will focus on CI/CD, infrastructure

automation, deployment processes, cloud operations, monitoring, and maintaining reliable

development and production environments

The ideal candidate should be highly handson and comfortable working with development teams

to automate repetitive processes and improve the speed. reliability. and consistency of software

delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Build, configure, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application build, testing, and

deployment

Automate application deployment across development, staging, and production

environments

provision and manage infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform

or CloudFormation.

Containerise applications using Docker and manage container deployments.

Deploy and maintain workloads on Kubernetes/EKS where required

Manage development staging and production environments and ensure consistency

between environments.

Automate repetitive infrastructure and operational tasks using scripting and DevOps tools.

Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, alerting, and system health checks.

Monitor infrastructure and application performance and respond to operational issues.

Troubleshoot deployment failures, infrastructure issues. configuration problems, and

production incidents.

Implement release, rollback and environment management processes.

What You'll Bring to the Role

You will be responsible for making the process of building, deploying, and operating applications

faster, more reliable, and more automated. Your focus will be on the practical implementation

and day—to-day operation of the infrastructure and deployment ecosystem.

AS this is a Contract engagement with a minimum commitment Of 6 months. you should be able

to quickly understand existing infrastructure and deployment processes. take ownership of

assigned environments. and start contributing independently from the early stages of the

engagement.
