Devops Engineer

Title: DevOps / CI-CD Engineer

Location: Hyderabad

Role Purpose
Establish the standardized CI/CD and release framework through which Ansible automation is developed, tested, secured and promoted into production.

Key Responsibilities

• Define enterprise Git workflow and branching strategy.
• Develop reusable CI/CD pipeline templates for Ansible automation.
• Automate build, validation, testing and deployment activities.
• Integrate security/code scanning into pipelines.
• Establish automated quality gates.
• Implement artifact/version management practices.
• Automate promotion across Dev QA Production.
• Implement approval, rollback and release-control mechanisms aligned to customer governance.
• Integrate Ansible/Ascender with the customer's DevOps toolchain.
• Establish repeatable release lifecycle for migration-factory output.

Required Skills

• Git/GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket or equivalent.
• Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI or equivalent enterprise CI/CD tooling.
• Ansible integration with CI/CD.
• Infrastructure as Code.
• DevSecOps and automated security scanning.
• Python/Bash/PowerShell.
• Release automation and deployment governance.

There is relevant internal evidence of enterprise DevOps profiles covering Ansible, Chef, Terraform, Jenkins/GitHub Actions/GitLab CI/Azure DevOps and secure infrastructure automation.
