About this role
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and manage cloud environments across AWS, Azure, GCP, and OpenShift (OCP).
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps automation.
- Drive automation for deployment, security, compliance, monitoring, and operational processes.
- Track and manage DevOps implementation activities and provide regular project updates.
- Lead customer governance discussions related to CI/CD processes and best practices.
- Manage incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
- Collaborate with internal teams and customer stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor KPIs, service performance, and customer experience metrics, and provide periodic reports.
Must-Have Skills
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, and OpenShift (OCP) administration.
- Strong expertise in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
- Experience with DevSecOps, security automation, and compliance practices.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift, and containerized deployments.
- Strong Linux administration and shell scripting skills.
- Experience with Terraform, Ansible, or other Infrastructure-as-Code tools.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Splunk.
- Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and stakeholder management skills
