Devops Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements and their existing technology environment.
• Develop a strong understanding of Cloud Computing, AWS, Azure, IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Managed Services.
• Assist in identifying suitable technology solutions based on customer requirements.
• Coordinate with technical teams to understand solution capabilities and requirements.
• Communicate technical concepts and solution benefits to customers in a clear and simple manner.
• Participate in customer discussions and requirement-gathering sessions.
• Research new technologies and understand their practical business applications.
• Support solution discussions by gathering relevant technical and commercial information.
• Coordinate with internal teams, technology partners, and customers when required.

Skills s Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in B.Tech / B.E. / BCA / B.Sc / BBA / B.Com / MBA or a related field.
• Strong interest in technology and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and explain technical concepts.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills..
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
• A proactive approach with good learning ability.
