About this role
- CI/CD Automation
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, GitLab Runner, and Jenkins.
- Automate build, deployment, and release processes to ensure reliable and repeatable deliveries.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Shell Scripting.
- Infrastructure Linux Administration
- Administer and maintain RHEL-based Linux servers.
- Perform system configuration, patching, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
- Implement server migration strategies (On-prem to On-prem) and manage server recycling for optimal resource utilization.
- Configuration Management
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Ansible.
- Maintain reusable playbooks and roles aligned with infrastructure standards.
- Monitoring Observability
- Implement and manage monitoring solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, and related tools.
- Set up alerts, dashboards, and performance metrics to ensure system health and availability.
- Agile Delivery Collaboration
- Participate actively in SAFe Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to support continuous delivery.
- Work independently while owning assigned DevOps and infrastructure initiatives end-to-end.

- Strong hands-on experience in Linux (RHEL) administration
- Proven experience with GitLab and Jenkins pipelines
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
- Experience working in SAFe Agile environments
