The role includes setting up secure and efficient pipelines, collaborating with various teams to ensure smooth software releases, and managing cloud and container orchestration environments. The position requires a proactive approach to identifying and resolving infrastructure challenges while ensuring the security and reliability of the systems throughout the development lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

Lead the implementation and optimization of continuous integration and deployment pipelines to enhance development efficiency.

Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure infrastructure scalability and security compliance.

Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative learning environment. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Apache Kafka.

Must have : Amazon - SNS, SQS, Event Bridge, MQ, MSK

Good To Have Skills: Experience with AWS Core Infrastructure.

Strong understanding of container orchestration platforms and their integration with cloud services.

Experience in designing and managing secure, scalable, and automated deployment pipelines.

Familiarity with infrastructure as code and configuration management tools.

Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and implement effective solutions.

The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Apache Kafka.

This position is based at our Chennai office.
