Devops Engineer

Job Overview:

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with 6 months to 1 year of experience who is enthusiastic about building a career in DevOps and Cloud technologies. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a strong learning attitude, and basic hands-on experience with DevOps tools and practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Support application deployments across development, testing, and production environments.
• Work with Git/GitHub for version control and source-code management.
• Assist with Docker containerization and basic Kubernetes operations.
• Support cloud infrastructure and deployment activities on AWS/Azure.
• Perform basic Linux administration, troubleshooting, and monitoring.
• Assist in automating repetitive tasks using Shell/Bash or Python scripting.
• Troubleshoot deployment, application, and infrastructure-related issues.
• Work closely with Development, QA, and other teams to support smooth releases.
• Follow DevOps best practices and continuously improve technical skills.

Required Skills:

• 6 months 1 year of experience in DevOps/Cloud/Infrastructure.
• Basic knowledge of Linux and networking concepts.
• Good understanding of Git/GitHub.
• Exposure to Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or any CI/CD tool.
• Basic knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Basic understanding of AWS or Azure cloud services.
• Knowledge of Shell/Bash scripting; Python is an added advantage.
• Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new technologies.

Good to Have:

• Exposure to Terraform/Infrastructure as Code.
• Basic knowledge of AWS EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, and CloudWatch.
• Exposure to monitoring tools such as Prometheus/Grafana.
• Any relevant AWS, Azure, or DevOps certification.
