Devops engineer

Description

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates looking to kick-start their careers in DevOps. You will play a critical role in enhancing our development processes and ensuring system reliability.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with development teams to create and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues across the application stack.
• Implement and manage infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Automate manual processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
• Ensure system security and compliance through regular audits and updates.
• Maintain and deploy containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Provide on-call support and incident response for production systems.

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Linux/Unix operating systems and scripting languages (Bash, Python, etc.).
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of continuous integration and deployment tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.
• Basic knowledge of database management systems (SQL, NoSQL) and web servers.
