DevOps Engineer

Hello All, Greetings from Tesslogs, We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer with 6–9 years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, automation, containerization, and monitoring solutions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in improving software delivery processes, enhancing system reliability, and driving infrastructure automation initiatives across enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure

CI/CD pipelines .

• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using

Terraform, Bicep/ARM, and Ansible .

• Deploy and manage cloud environments across

Azure and AWS .

• Build and manage containerized applications using

Docker and Kubernetes .

• Manage Kubernetes platforms such as

AKS, EKS, GKE , with OpenShift exposure preferred.

• Implement monitoring, logging, and observability using

Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and Splunk .

• Implement

DevSecOps practices, including code, dependency, container, and security scanning.

• Troubleshoot infrastructure and production issues and perform

root cause analysis .

• Implement deployment automation, release management, environment management, and rollback strategies.
• Manage Git repositories, branching strategies, pull requests, and code promotion processes.
• Support

high availability, disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity initiatives.

• Collaborate with development, QA, security, and operations teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Drive performance tuning, capacity planning, reliability improvements, and cloud cost optimization.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6–9 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Platform Engineering, or SRE.
• Strong hands-on experience in

CI/CD and deployment automation .

• Strong Kubernetes and Docker experience.
• Hands-on experience with

Terraform or other IaC tools .

• Strong troubleshooting and production support experience.
• Experience working in
