DevOps Engineer (GCP Focus)

About the Role We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to help build, manage, and scale our cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with modern DevOps tools and practices, particularly in GCP environments, and a strong inclination toward automation and efficiency using AI-driven tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage scalable infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment and release processes
• Deploy, manage, and optimize containerized applications using Kubernetes
• Use Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform for provisioning and managing cloud resources
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and reliability
• Automate repetitive operational tasks using scripting and AI-assisted tools
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to improve deployment workflows and system performance
• Implement security best practices across infrastructure and deployment pipelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in a DevOps or similar role
• Strong experience with

Kubernetes ,

Terraform , and

CI/CD pipeline tools

• Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services
• Experience with scripting languages such as

Unix Shell scripting and

Python

• Solid understanding of containerization (Docker) and orchestration
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)
• Understanding of networking, security, and system architecture Good to Have
• Experience with other cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
• Exposure to AI tools for DevOps productivity (e.g., automated code generation, pipeline optimization, anomaly detection)
• Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet
• Knowledge of microservices architecture
